Junior Arianna Allman was a triple winner for Farmington Hills Mercy in girls track and field Tuesday, leading her team to a 79-49 win over Wixom St. Catherine of Siena.
She earned first place in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 53.60 seconds and was the runner-up in the 100 hurdles at 20.87.

Mercy High School softball standout Abby Krzywiecki is a finalist for the Detroit Athletic Club’s High School Female Athlete of the Year Award.
The senior first baseman is one of six girls to be named as one of the finalists for the award. Six boys were selected, too.

Seniors Allia McDowell and Miranda Konja and freshman Chloe Woodbeck scored goals Thursday as Farmington Hills Mercy defeated visiting Madison Heights Bishop Foley in girls soccer, 3-0.
Three goals was more than enough, though the Marlins dominated the field for the entire game.

After holding the visiting Mustangs scoreless in their opening at-bat, the Marlins went on to invoke the mercy rule in both games, winning 16-0 in four innings and 11-0 in five.

Will the Detroit Athletic Club’s 20th annual female Michigan High School Athlete of the Year award stay in Oakland County?
It could.
Farmington Hills Mercy senior Abby Krzywiecki is one of six finalists for this year’s award it was recently announced.
The winner — who receives a $5,000 scholarship, while the other five finalists get $1,000 each — will be unveiled on May 9.

Mercy High School won the championship of its four-team softball pool Saturday in the annual Mercy Invitational.
The Marlins (6-0) were led in the hitting department by junior outfielder Sophia VanAcker and senior first baseman Abby Krzywiecki.

Senior Lilly Blake has scored 29 goals in just five games for the undefeated Mercy High School lacrosse team.
Blake scored seven more Monday night as the Marlins won their fifth straight win a 22-5 rout of host Ann Arbor Huron.
Mercy got another nine goals from four other players. Ciara Lopus scored three; Meg Powers, Libby Bartels and Evie Drukker notched two each.
