- The entire ceremony, including processional and presentation of diplomas, will be video-taped by a professional video company. A DVD will be mailed to each graduate 4-6 weeks after graduation, around mid-July.
- Tablet - Now that you will no longer be attending school at Mercy, click here for instructions on how to uninstall all of the Mercy related software on your tablet that you will no longer need. It is not required that you remove this software, but may make it easier to use your tablet in other environments. Your Moodle, and network login accounts, as well as the contents of your H: drive will be deleted after August 1, 2014. If you want to keep the contents of your H: drive please back it up to either your laptop hard drive, a personal cloud based account or other external device. Your Mercy Google Account will also be deleted after August 1, 2014. All email and any fileds you have uploaded to your Mercy Google drive will be deleted. I fyou wish to transfer any of your content, here is a link to Google Takeout which will allow you to download a copy ofmost of your content. Finally, if you have created any accounts on other sites or cloud based services (Dropbox, etc. . . ) using your Mercy email address, you will want to change those accounts to use a personal email address instead.

May 22 - Honors Convocation held in the morning (cap and gown). Line up in the gym. Parents are welcome to attend. Advisee Parties for Seniors and Moving Up in the afternoon in the auditorium (cap and gown). Line up in the gym. Parents are welcome to attend.
- The Baccalaureate (Graduation) Mass and Reception will be held in Mercy's Auditorium and begin at 6:00 pm. Seniors will need to arrive by 5:00 pm and be dressed in cap and gown for their processional. 5:00pm meeting in the Drama Studio. Following this Mass of blessing and closure for the graduates, there will be a flower presentation from each graduate to the Blessed Mother, a senior farewell, and a reception with appetizers, dessert and beverages. - All seniors must attend a mandatory rehearsal from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon at the Detroit Opera House. Each senior is asked to bring the shoes she will wear for the graduation, so as to practice the negotiation of all of the stairs.
June 1 - Graduation

Graduation is a formal occasion. Each graduate should look her most beautiful self. CLICK HERE for graduation gown requirements and criteria. If you have any questions, you must contact Dr. Cheryl Kreger immediately.Each graduate must arrive at the Detroit Opera House by 1:00 pm. Line up and rose distribution occurs at 1:30 pm. Please allow plenty of travel time because other events are going on downtown (e.g. the Country Hoedown at Comerica Park begins at 2:00 pm). The graduation ceremony is NOT delayed and begins promptly at 2:00 pm.A professional photographer will take a picture of each graduate as she receives her diploma. Proofs will be available on the Prestige website and orders will be made online. More directions on this will be provided. The entire ceremony and presentation of diplomas will be video-taped by a professional company. A DVD will be mailed to each graduate 4 - 6 weeks after graduation. There is no additional cost for this video.Once the commencement has begun, parents and guests must remain seated through the entire ceremony. Photos may be taken after the ceremony has concluded.
Please note: A student's diploma can be held until school property is returned (e.g. media center materials, sports uniforms), disciplinary consequences are fulfilled, and all academic requirements for course credits are successfully completed.
June 1 - Senior All Night Party (SANP) – All graduates attending the party are to arrive between 10:30 p.m. and 12:00 midnight. The party concludes at 5:00am. The consent form must be signed and returned to school in order to attend. SANP parent committee questions, contact Daena Nicholas at Daenakn@msn.com or 810-599-7163.
Graduation tickets
- Fulfillment of obligations: School obligations must be met prior to graduation tickets being issued. These include:
- Number of tickets: Each graduate receives eight (8) tickets for admission to the ceremony at the Detroit Opera House. The graduate does not need a ticket but all other attendees must present a ticket for admittance. Tickets are collected at the door.
- Ticket availability: Each student will be able to pick up her eight (8) tickets at the reception area beginning Wednesday, May 7th at 9:00 am provided she has satisfied all school obligations including those listed above.
- Extra ticket requests: Families may request a small number of additional tickets by completing this request form which will be available both at the reception area and on the website beginning Wednesday, May 7th. This form requires a parent signature. Seniors will be notified when extra tickets are available for pick up. Click here for extra ticket request form.
