EVENTS and DEADLINES

Monday, May 10: EMILY GEORGE AWARD NOMINATIONS DUE!

Monday, May 10: Seniors pick up and sign for graduation tickets at the reception desk after second hour. Each student is responsible for her tickets. Each graduate will receive eight (8) admission tickets for the graduation ceremony. Graduates do not need a ticket.

Monday, May 10: If you are in need of additional tickets to be able to provide for immediate family members (parents, brothers and sisters and their spouses, grandparents), you may request extra tickets. Every guest needs a ticket regardless of age. This includes children. The form to request extra tickets is available from the reception desk and will be available online soon. Your daughter picks up the form and once it is completed, returns it to the reception desk. Requests made by phone, fax, or e-mail will not be processed. No exceptions. Any questions, contact Mrs. Solack in the principal’s office at ext. 1576. Forms requesting extra tickets must be signed by a parent and received by the receptionist by Thursday, May 20.

May 17 - 20: SENIOR WEEK!!

Thursday, May 20: Prom is at The Roostertail, 100 Marquette Dr. (on the waterfront), Detroit from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Arrive 7:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 7:45 p.m. You must submit your Prom Promise contract signed by a parent in order to purchase your Prom ticket(s). Tickets, $135 per couple, are available for purchase at school from April 26 through April 30 during the first mod of each class period. Monday, May 24: Senior Banquet

Seniors are guests of the Junior class. Parents of Seniors are invited to attend the banquet at Laurel Manor in Livonia. Individual dinner tickets, $25 each, are available for purchase at school from May 14 through May 20. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with dinner served at 7:00 p.m. Seating is on a first come basis. No tickets are sold at the door. Dinners are by reservation only. Requests to purchase tickets after May 20th will be refused.

** If you didn't enter any scholarships into your Senior Survey or have received any since then, you need to provide them to counseling no later than May 26 in order to have them included in the Honors Convocation. **

Tuesday, June 1: Deadline for all responsibilities: library book returns, detentions, etc.

Tuesday, June 1: Baccalaureate Mass in the auditorium. Arrive 6:30 p.m. Mass begins 7:00 p.m. All Seniors, in cap and gown, are expected to be present. Line up in the gym. Parents and guests welcome. Refreshments will be provided by the Class of 2013.

Wednesday, June 2: Final day for class work to be completed.

Wednesday, June 2: Honors Convocation at 9:05 a.m. in the auditorium (cap and gown). Line up in the gym. Parents are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, June 2: Advisee party for seniors.

Wednesday, June 2: Moving Up at 1:10 p.m. the auditorium (cap and gown). Line up in the gym. Parents are welcome to attend.

Thursday, June 3: Graduation at Compuware Sports Arena, 14900 N. Beck Rd., Plymouth, MI 48170 (734) 453-6400

Morning – Practice is 9:00 a.m. sharp (finish by 12:00 noon). Leave plenty of time for travel. Maps are available at the reception area and at http://www.compuwarearena.com/directions.html

Evening – Graduation Ceremony

Arrive 6:30 p.m. Line up at 7:00 p.m. Ceremony 7:30 p.m.

All Night Party – All graduates attending the party are to arrive between 10:30 p.m. and 12:00 midnight. The party concludes at 5:00 a.m. The consent form must be signed and returned to school in order to attend. Forms should be returned to the reception area by May 14th.
