2024 Senior Prom Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Mercy Senior Parent/Guardian,

May God Bless the Mercy Class of 2024! As this school year comes to an end, we enthusiastically anticipate the start of a variety of festivities designed to celebrate your daughter and her accomplishments here at Mercy.

One exciting tradition that high school Seniors across the United States look forward to at the end of their school year is Prom. Historically, Mercy has celebrated this event at the beautiful Roostertail in downtown Detroit. Each year, our graduating Seniors have praised the venue and experience because the ambiance allows them to create timeless memories.

This year, the Class of 2024 has done a wonderful job raising money over their past four years here at Mercy to help offset the cost of this unforgettable event. So many of the Seniors have participated in fundraisers; including the Daddy Daughter Dance and the sale of Senior parking spots.

Through these fundraising events, we hoped to keep Prom ticket prices affordable so that all students can enjoy this cherished tradition. Currently, we are about $5,000 shy of reaching this goal. With this in mind, we are asking to partner with our Senior parents and local businesses as we roll out a new sponsorship opportunity!

In this sponsorship, the following opportunities are available:

Maroon: Donation amount of your choice up to $499. This level will include your/company name and logo in the following locations: within the Mercy Messenger and Mosaic publication.

Silver: $500 donation. This level will include your/company name and logo in the following locations: within the Mercy Messenger and Mosaic publication and on each table at Prom.

Gold: $1,000 donation. This level will include your/company name and logo in the following locations: the display screens within Mercy, displayed visually at remaining senior events, within the Mercy Messenger and Mosaic publication, and on each table at Prom.

Platinum: $2,000 donation. This level will include your/company name and logo in the following locations: the Mercy marquee at the corner of Eleven Mile and Middlebelt, the display screens within Mercy, displayed visually at remaining senior events, within the Mercy Messenger and Mosaic publication and on each table at Prom.

Donate online at mhsmi.org/donate and select ‘Prom Sponsorship’ in the designation portion. You may also submit a check to 'Mercy High School' Attention Senior Moderator and include ‘Prom Sponsorship’ in the memo line and turn in at the Reception Area.

Thank you immensely for considering this opportunity and for your unwavering dedication and support of your daughter’s experience. We congratulate you on the many accomplishments your daughter has made throughout her years here at Mercy!

We appreciate your assistance during these end-of-the-year celebrations and look forward to celebrating with you. If you have any questions, please see the Senior webpage, or email either of the moderators at seniormoderator@mhsmi.org.

Thank you,

Mercy Senior Class Moderators

Angela Harris & Brandi Lavely
