Listed below are detailed instructions by Class Year for the pick-up and drop-off of school items this Tuesday, June 30 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Along the Flagpole Entrance will be tables for CLASS OF 2020 ONLY. Seniors will be able to pick-up artwork, post-graduation materials, certificates, awards as well as drop-off Performing Arts items. 

In front of the Auditorium/Gym Entrance, there will be yearbook pick-up and used uniform drop-off, for all Classes.

Instructions for Class of 2020

In an effort to control the number of people at Mercy during a given time, the following time blocks have been assigned by last name. We ask that you make an effort to arrive during your assigned time, however, we understand if that is not possible. We still want you to come!

11:00 - 11:20: A - C

11:20 - 11:40: D - F

11:40 - 12:00: G - K

12:00 - 12:20: L - O

12:20 - 12:40: P - S

12:40 - 1:00: T - Z

• Please have your first and last name printed in BIG letters and visible on your dashboard so we can easily identify you.
• Enter Mercy using the 11 Mile Rd entrance ONLY
• Do not leave your car, you will drive-by the tables along the sidewalk to pick-up/drop-off your items.
• If the line is too long when you pull onto campus, please park until the line shortens.
• Exit using the 11 Mile Rd exit ONLY

Instructions for Class of 2021, 2022 & 2023

• Please have your first and last name printed in BIG letters and visible on your dashboard so we can easily identify you. 
• Enter Mercy using the Middlebelt Rd entrance (near the Pool/Gym) ONLY
• Do not leave your car, you will drive-by the tables along the sidewalk to pick-up/drop-off your items.
• If the line is too long when you pull onto campus, please park until the line shortens.
• Exit using the 11 Mile Rd exit ONLY
