Catholic Schools Week at Mercy
|
Catholic Schools Week is an annual nationwide celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The theme is "Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed." Each day of the week celebrates various aspects of our Catholic school community. Here are some of the special highlights of activities at Mercy.
Mass
You are invited to Mercy High School for our Catholic Schools Week Mass on Tuesday, January 29 at 9:30am in the Auditorium. Worship with us as we celebrate being a Catholic school and show special appreciation for those living out their vocation as a priest or religious sister. Daily Theme Activities

Thursday - Celebrating the Nation: Student Council will be facilitating a station in the Media Center for students to write thank you notes to veterans. Members of Student Council will take a special thank you treat to the Farmington Hills Police and Fire Departments. Honor an Educator Alumna-mothers are invited to participate in a special Sisterhood Luncheon for the Class of 2019.
Tuesday, January 29, 2019 Please consider attending this luncheon to answer questions about life after high school in relation to college, careers, and more. Alumnae truly enjoyed meeting students and other graduates at last year's event! (Note: If you are the mother of a senior, you will not necessarily be seated with your daughter, because one of the goals of the event is to encourage networking.)
