Reception Area Relocation & Summer Hours
We are excited to begin renovations on our entryway this summer!
During the renovation, the Reception Area will temporarily move to the Auditorium/Gym Lobby. For the foreseeable future, all visitors should use the Auditorium/Gym Lobby entrance. The relocated Reception Area will be open during the following hours:
Important Summer 2026 Assignment RE: AI
The following email was sent to all students in grades 9-11 regarding an important brief summer assignment about AI.
As you head into final exams, I want to let you know about a new, brief required assignment due in August before the start of the school year. It’s designed to take about an hour to complete.

Over the past 12 years, Mrs. Mals has become a deeply cherished part of our Mercy community as a teacher, former Religious Education Department Chair, mentor, HRC moderator, Heart of Mercy recipient and trusted presence for so many students.
2026 Tony Scalzi Spirit of a Marlin Award
For 33 years, Mr. Tony Scalzi served Mercy High School as a dedicated teacher, mentor, and supporter of students. Even after retirement, Tony continued to give back to Mercy in countless ways, substitute teaching, helping at events, supporting athletic contests, and always stepping in wherever help was needed. His love for Mercy and for our student-athletes was unmatched.
