Model UN Conference
Anouk Spencer, Marta Meehan, Sophia Segars, McKinley Funchess, Olivia Murphy, Layan Ayad Addison Hannah and Ellie Jamieson attended the Southeast Michigan Model UN Association (SEMMUNA ) XXVII conference last weekend hosted at Bloomfield High School. There were 900+ students in attendance, representing 38 high schools. We extend our gratitude to Mr. Barnes and Mr. Segars for their guidance and support during this meaningful and educational experience with the students.

Law in Action Class Experience
Ms. Richter's Law in Action students visited the 48th District Court to see the justice system at work with Mercy alumna Judge Diane Dickow D'Agostini '80. They witnessed several criminal proceedings and types of cases that illustrated topics learned in criminal law class. Thank you to Judge D'Agostini and the defense attorney for engaging with our students and discussing several topics including criminal procedure and careers in law.

Farmington Hills Mercy tops Allen Park for regional championship

Farmington Hills Mercy swept Allen Park 3-0 to win the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 1 Region 5 volleyball championship on Thursday, Nov 9 at River Rouge. Mercy won the match 25-8, 25-11, and 25-13.
It was Mercy's first regional championship since 2019 when Marlins earned the Division 1 championship.
Pink Out for Breast Cancer Awareness Success
Thank you Mercy community! We raised over $2000 in the pink out for breast cancer awareness day held last month. The money was split equally and sent to Angel Pillow Project, Beaumont Sharing & Caring and Trinity Health Hospital Livonia Marian Women's Center. We received a lovely thank you letter from Angel Pillow Project/Gilda's Club recognizing us for eight years of donations totaling over $25,000! Mercy HS will also be acknowledged on the Gilda's Donor Wall.
