Senior Lilly Blake has scored 29 goals in just five games for the undefeated Mercy High School lacrosse team.
Blake scored seven more Monday night as the Marlins won their fifth straight win a 22-5 rout of host Ann Arbor Huron.
Mercy got another nine goals from four other players. Ciara Lopus scored three; Meg Powers, Libby Bartels and Evie Drukker notched two each.
Natalie Masopust, Mary Allor, Katie Koenigsknecht, Lara Zammit, Grace Canty and Amelia Bartels contributed one goal apiece.
The Marlins won their fourth consecutive game Friday night at Canton, 18-8.
“They were great overall team wins,” Mercy coach Lindsay Hoyt said. “We had great defense by Mia Bowen, Mary Allor, Erin Gormley and Hannah Roegner in both games.”
The Marlins will put their unbeaten record to the next at 6 p.m. Wednesday when they play Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood at Mercy.
It will be a rematch of last year’s Division 2 state semifinal game, which was won by the Cranes, 24-6.
