On Saturday, April 10, Mercy Quiz Bowl competed in the nationwide Morristown-Beard Spring Invitational. After an extensive morning competition, Mercy qualified for the championship bracket and finished 14th in the tournament with a strong 6-5 record. Competing in this all-day tournament were captain Caitlyn Begosa '22, Jill Grubb '21, and Christina Wollenhaupt '21. A special congratulations to captain Caitlyn Begosa '22, who placed 5th individually in a field of over 100 players! You can view tournament statistics here.

 

Because of an extraordinary season, Mercy Quiz Bowl is headed to the State Championship on April 17! We are honored that Mercy will be represented by captain Caitlyn Begosa '22, Laura Boesch '21, Jill Grubb '21, and Christina Wollenhaupt '21. Best of luck!
