Dear Mercy Parent/Guardian,
Mercy High School is pleased to announce that the enrollment process has moved to an online platform through Blackbaud and online tuition invoicing and payment using Smart Tuition. You may now access and sign your 2021-2022 Enrollment Agreement by following the instructions below. Please complete the enrollment forms along with your deposit by March 31, 2021.

Parents of Class of 2024 & 2025; Transfer Students from Fall 2020/Winter 2021; and Class of 2023 & 2022 with sisters in Class of 2024 or 2025: You will need to log back into the account you previously used for your daughter(s) application portal for admissions Class of 2024, 2025 or Transfer (20-21 school year). Once there, you should find the contracts for the 2021-2022 school year for that daughter and any other older daughters.

Parents of Class of 2023 & 2022 who do not have any sisters in Class of 2024 or 2025: An account was created for all parents with emails in PowerSchool. Username is your email as listed in PowerSchool and use temporary password sent in email. Only one parent is required to sign the contract, so only one parent needs to sign-in to the account. You will immediately be prompted to change your password. Each parent has one account so if you have multiple daughters, all daughters should be listed under that account.

You will have a contract to review and sign once you are logged in. Only one parent is required to sign the contract.

Click the "1 Contract(s) to Review" link at the top. Continue to follow the prompts, read details for each section, enter info where needed, and click the "Next" button to continue through all the necessary Enrollment Agreement steps and transition to Smart Tuition to select payment plan.

You will input signature, click "To Review" and click "Accept" followed by paying your Enrollment Deposit. Once paid, your contract will be confirmed.

Our new partnership with Smart Tuition will allow us to offer many of the options to pay tuition and school fees. We chose Smart Tuition for their features, options, and overall convenience for families. Their customer service team is accessible, efficient, and friendly. Smart Tuition has been providing this service to schools and parents for over 25 years and they serve over 2,500 schools nationwide.
By shifting our tuition processing to Smart Tuition, here are some of the benefits for you:
New payment processing methods

You will be able to pay by check, credit card, or by debiting your checking or savings account.

You will be able to submit payment by mail, by phone or through a secure website or via mobile apps.

You will be able to set-up auto-bill options for checking/savings account payments, meaning you never have to worry about forgetting a bill.
Online account management

You will be able to access your account directly from the school portal resource board

You will be able to edit your profile online, including payment options, etc.

You will be able to access and print monthly billing details and payment history.

You will be able to make payments through a secure website or mobile app.

You will be able to review your payment history, including when your last payment was received.

Families will be able to include all of their students on one account for easier management.
Flexible billing and reminder options

You will be able, with auto-bill, to choose to receive a reminder via email or text of your upcoming payment 10 days before your due date or;

If you pay by check, you will be able to choose to receive emailed invoices 20 days in advance of the due date.
