IMPORTANT REMOTE INSTRUCTION UPDATE

December 8 - December 18

Dear Mercy Family,

This afternoon Governor Whitmer and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Director Robert Gordon announced that mandatory remote learning for high school students will be extended until Sunday, December 20. As a result, the remainder of the first semester will be completed online.

The health and safety of our community, as well as the academic success of our students, remain our priority. We hope this additional time with remote learning allows our families to remain healthy for the Christmas holiday and beyond.

We will communicate plans for the second semester as data and information become more available. Thank you for your continued support and prayers as we prepare for a safe and effective return to school in January.
