As we approach the end of the semester, we would like to share the following testing and assessment time frames for your reference as decided by the Mercy Curriculum Council and Administration.
E-LEARNING REMOTE ONLY INSTRUCTION December 7 - December 18
End of the Semester Testing & Assessment Dates
Monday, December 7 - Thursday, December 17
World Language oral exams will be scheduled and take place during this time.
Monday, December 14
All English essays are due on or prior to December 14.
All class assignments, except for last unit exams/essays/projects/
Wednesday, December 16
Test day ONLY for any last test/quiz/formal assessment in ANY Social Studies, English or Art course.
Thursday, December 17
Test day ONLY for any last test/quiz/formal assessment in ANY Science, Physical Education, Computer Science or World Language course.
Friday, December 18
Test day ONLY for any last test/quiz/formal assessment in Math, Religious Studies or Performing Arts course.
Saturday, December 19 - Monday, January 4
PowerSchool will be turned off on Saturday, December 19 and turned back on Monday, January 4. The purpose for turning off PowerSchool is to give students and staff a true break over the holiday. Please note: Staff are not expected to answer emails over the Christmas Holiday. Emails can be sent, but will not be responded to until staff returns to school on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Thursday, January 7
Final semester grades will be posted at 9am.
