Physicals offered at Mercy May 9th
Henry Ford Health System MHSAA physicals will be offered to current and incoming Mercy High School athletes. They will be held in the gymnasium at Mercy on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 5pm-7pm. The cost for each physical is $20 or $25 with ECG, payable by cash or check made out to Henry Ford Health System. All incoming 9th graders, transfer students, athletes, and those taking a PE class will need a physical performed and signed (by an MD, DO, PA, or NP) on or after 4/15/2018. Physicals performed at Mercy will be scanned and uploaded to your Privit account after you create.
