Ninth graders are required to report to the flag pole court entrance (cafeteria entry) for Technology Orientation on Friday, August 15 no later than 9:15 a.m. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your fully charged iPad with you. Dismissal for you will be at 12:15 p.m. All ninth grade students will next report to school (auditorium entry) on Monday, August 18th at 8:00 a.m. for Freshwoman Welcome Day. Students do not bring books or the iPad on this day. Wear comfortable clothing. Lunch will be provided and dismissal will be at 2:30 p.m. The Mercy Spirit store (in the lobby) will be open from 12:15-1:15p.m. on August 15.

New students in grades 10 – 12 are required to report to the flag pole court entrance (cafeteria entry) on Friday, August 15th no later than 9:15 a.m. Wear comfortable clothing and identify yourself as a transfer student. You will participate in a Technology Orientation in the morning beginning at 9:30 a.m. Bring your fully charged iPad with you. Lunch will be provided for you. After lunch, there will be a required transfer student orientation from 12:30-2:00 p.m. The Mercy Spirit store (in the lobby) will be open from 12:15-1:15p.m.   

ALL Link Leaders are required to attend two training days, August 11th and 12th from 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (Commissioners until 3:00 p.m.) in the Media Center.  All Link Leader Commissioners involved in the transfer student orientation must report to the Drama Studio at 12:00 noon on Friday August 15.  On the following Monday, August 18th, ALL Link Leaders must report to the gym at 7:15 a.m. for the Freshwoman Welcome Day.

All students in all grades are to report to school on Tuesday, August 19th for the first full day of classes. Students must sign in with their adviser between 8:00 and 8:10 a.m. Students scheduled for seven classes should bring a lunch from home as there will be no unscheduled class periods this first day. For the first days of school, no uniforms are worn; however, appropriate clothing is required. Jeans, ripped clothing, running or sweat pants, pajamas, shorts, strapless or spaghetti strapped tops are not allowed. Rubber flip flops cannot be worn.

The first meeting for the Mercy Dads will be held Tuesday, September 2nd at 7:00 p.m. The first meeting for the Mercy Moms will be on Monday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m.  Parent Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 4.
