Awards
MIPA (the Michigan Interscholastic Press Association) granted Newsprint the Spartan award, the highest award in Michigan high school journalism, for the quality of the work it produced for the 2019-2020 school year. In addition, members of the Newsprint staff won 34 individual awards in various writing, photography and design categories.
