From the moment your daughter stepped through Mercy's doors, you became part of something special—a community of women dedicated to enriching our girls' high school experience. The Mercy Mother’s Club isn't just about fundraising or volunteering (though we do plenty of both!). We're about creating meaningful connections that enhance what makes Mercy magical for our daughters.

Ways to Make Magic Happen

Our volunteer-led committees make Mercy special throughout the year. Each one is an opportunity to directly impact your daughter's experience:

Hospitality

Welcoming families with warmth and connection. For our party planners and social butterflies. Helping with set up and refreshments.

Uniform Resale Shop

Recycle.Reduce.Reuse. Remember our girls only wear their uniform skirt for 2 years! For our thrifters and shoppers alike – help organize and sell. 

Staff Appreciation

Honoring the incredible people who inspire our daughters daily. A well-oiled committee soon to be graduating. For the person whose love language is food and treats. This team spoils our deserving staff in peak times throughout the year.

Holiday Sip and Shop

If you like to sip and shop, this committee is for you! Ever dream of having your own pop up shop? Promote vendors, increase sales, create a festive shopping experience. (Michelle Giroux, Chair)

Christmas Spirit - Sponsor a Tree, Wreath or Jesse Tree Ornament

Turn Mercy into a Christmas wonderland. Get our girls and the staff into the Christmas spirit while cramming for finals. If you love Christmas like we love Christmas, this committee is for you.

Mercy Merch

Once a Mercy Mom, always a Mercy Mom. Show your Mercy pride in style. Like to shop? This one is for you if you like Merch! This committee allows some creativity with purchasing fun swag for all and selling at events.

Marketing and Social Media

Are a marketing maven or a social (media) butterfly? This is the committee for you! Looking for a remote volunteer position? Help us with the fun stuff like creating meaningful promotions and engage our community.

Social & Fun Committee

It’s all about building community. Calling all connectors to help deepen our relationships through social events like:

MMC Activities & Events

Supporting Our Shared Mission

Your voluntary donations help us create the experiences that make Mercy unforgettable for our daughters. From staff appreciation to community events, every dollar directly enhances our girls' high school journey.

Annual Donation

Please join us at the Mercy Mothers' Club.  We have 7 meetings throughout the school year and lots of community building and fundraising activities. We ask (but don’t expect) for donations to help us offset dinner expenses for our meetings. If you’d like to donate to attend all events for the year the donation is $85/year. If you plan on only attending a single meeting, the requested donation is $20.
