Mercy, Marian, Regina and St. Catherine High Schools united as partners in a shared mission: to serve God and guide the young women we are privileged to educate each day.

We were honored to welcome Lisa Damour, Ph.D. renowned psychologist, NYT bestselling author, adolescent development expert, and Inside Out 2 consultant, for an inspiring series of discussions on resilience, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

Through engaging presentations for over 400 parents and over 1,500 students, Dr. Damour provided practical strategies for overcoming challenges, building healthy relationships, and balancing social media while staying true to oneself. With a warm and relatable approach, she empowered our young women to navigate life with strength, purpose, and faith.
