2024 Empire Mock Trial World Championships

The Mercy Varsity Mock Trial team was accepted to compete in the Empire Mock Trial World Championships in Chicago this November. The competition will include teams from across the United States as well as teams from Ireland, South Korea and the United Kingdom. We will be fielding a team of 9 students who will adjudicate both the Prosecution and Defense roles in a criminal case. The team consists of:

Our coaching staff includes Morgan Schut, Esq., and Hannah Juday, '19 and Martha Kreucher, Esq. In addition, alumna Jehan Crump-Gibson, Esq. will step in as our guest coach to help prepare our litigators for Pretrial Oral Arguments.
