Business Professionals of America 2024 State Conference

The Mercy chapter of Business Professionals of America competed at the State Conference this past weekend in Grand Rapids. Nine Mercy girls attended: Maura McSweeney '24, who serves on the State Council for BPA, Seeley Bell '25, Stella Coe '26, Olivia Kazak '25, Madeline Kazak '27, Marta Meehan '25, Evelyn Miller '25, Morgan Sarafa '24, and Megan Sullivan '25. Seeley Bell '25 placed 7th in Michigan in Legal Office Procedures. Megan Sullivan '25 placed 2nd in Michigan in Graphic Design Promotion and qualified to compete at the National Leadership Conference in Chicago this May. Megan also won the design contest for the Michigan trading pin. Her winning design features the Spirit of Detroit and will represent Michigan at nationals. Congratulations, Mercy BPA!
