On Saturday, February 25, Mercy Quiz Bowl competed in the Capital City Quizbowl Clash at Grand Ledge High School. They finished with a strong 5-1 record in the morning, qualifying for the championship bracket in the afternoon. After 8 hours of academic competition, Mercy finished 3rd place in the tournament and took home a trophy.
A special congratulations to captain Linny Maier '23, who finished 3th place individually in the tournament with an impressive 430 points scored. Linny was the highest-scoring female competitor in the tournament. You can view tournament results here.
