Farmington Hills Mercy beats Riverview Gabriel Richard for CHSL Title

Division 1 No. 6-ranked Farmington Hills Mercy shut out Division 4 No. 4-ranked Riverview Gabriel Richard 7-0 to repeat as Catholic High School League Bishop Division Softball Champions on Tuesday, May 24 at University of Detroit Mercy's Buysse Ballpark.
Freshman Kaitlyn Pallozzi was dominate on the mound and at the plate. She tossed a no-hitter, striking out 18 and walking four. Pallozzi blasted a two-run home run and had three RBI on the day. Freshman Charlie Lambert had a triple and a two-run home run and scored two runs for Mercy. Junior Izzy Chaput had a double, triple and scored three runs in the victory.
