Quiz Bowl participated in two national tournaments. On November 14, Mercy competed in their first-ever National Literature Challenge. The team of Caitlyn Begosa '22, Caitlin Condon '23, Carly Madden '22, Caroline Turco '23 finished in 6th place nationally!

 

On November 15, Mercy Quiz Bowl competed in a national, college-level tournament on Discord. After a full day of competition, they finished 3-5, placing 2nd in their division. The team consisted of captain Caitlyn Begosa ‘22, Laura Boesch '21, Jill Grubb '21, and Christina Wollenhaupt '21. Special congratulations to Caitlyn Begosa ‘22, who ranked 6th overall individually, and placed the highest of any female competitor for the third tournament in a row!
