MBHSSA GS Race January 12, 2023

The Mercy ski team overcame soft snow and tough conditions to take first place as a team (out of 10 teams) at the MBHSSA GS Race on Thursday 1/12. Mercy scored a total of 38 points and edged out a strong Brighton team by 1 point. The team was led by Senior Mikaela Williams, with another 5th place finish. Mikaela was supported by Hatcher (10), Lampi (11) and Koehler (12). The race was decided by only 0.21 seconds! The team looks to carry their success into next week's slalom race on Tuesday, 1/17.
