Class of 2027

Senior Sunrise Service & Blessing of Medallions

Dear Senior Families,

We warmly invite you to join us for our Senior Sunrise Service & Blessing of Medallions on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The blessing of our seniors as they begin their final year at Mercy is a cherished tradition that has taken many forms throughout our 81-year history. This year, the Class of 2027 will gather for a special Senior Sunrise Service, a prayerful celebration of their sisterhood, their faith-filled journey at Mercy and the year ahead.

Senior Class Officers and members of the class have thoughtfully selected music and readings that have been meaningful to them during their years at Mercy. Seniors will process into the service wearing their caps and gowns for the first time, and each student will be presented with her senior medallion.

We are proud to welcome several Sisters of Mercy who will bestow a special blessing upon our seniors and their medallions, which will serve as a symbol of their connection to Mercy and the values they will carry with them throughout senior year and beyond.
