Class of 2025 Final Transcript Request - Action Needed in SCOIR
Dear Senior Parent/Guardian,
Please note the following important email listed below was recently sent to the Class of 2025 regarding the submission of final Mercy HS transcripts to the college your daughter plans to attend.
We kindly ask that you follow up to ensure your daughter has completed the Senior Survey and submitted her college information in SCOIR. Your support is greatly appreciated, as several students still have outstanding steps to complete.

Dear Class of 2025,
We will be sending final transcripts to colleges the first week of June. Transcripts will be sent automatically by your Counselor. If you have already updated your SCOIR account indicating where you will be attending in the Fall - you are all set and no further action is needed on your part.
If you have not updated SCOIR:
You were recently instructed to complete the Senior Survey. As part of the survey, you were directed to update your college admission outcomes in SCOIR. The most important piece of the update was for you to indicate which college you plan to enroll at so that we can send your final transcript to the named college.
Many of you did not complete this step and we have no way of knowing where we should send your final transcript indicating that you graduated. If you do not complete this important step, a final transcript will not be sent.
If you have not already done so, please update SCOIR in “My Colleges” with your admission decision outcomes and indicate which college you plan to attend/enroll in.
