For the evening to run smoothly, we will begin our schedule promptly at 6:30pm and ask that you be in your student’s Adviser Room at that time. The Adviser will have materials for you including your student’s current schedule and a school map. If you have more than one daughter attending Mercy, please stop into both Adviser Rooms to get each student schedule. You may then determine which classes to visit during the evening.

 

A list of Adviser names and room numbers is available here. We will start promptly at 6:30pm with an opening prayer and welcome announcement over the PA and class rotations beginning with first hour at 6:45pm, so our 6:30pm start time is critical to ensure ending the evening on schedule.

 

Since time with each class and teacher will be limited, it does not allow for individual conferences. Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on October 12, and you are always welcome to schedule a meeting with your daughter’s teacher prior to this should the need arise.

Please access PowerSchool to make note of your daughter's Adviser name and then reference room location here. If you happen to arrive at 6:45pm or later, please come to the Reception Area and we will access your student’s class schedule.
