Dear Mercy Parents/Guardians,
Mercy High School holds a long standing tradition of each graduating class celebrating with a Senior All Night Party. This is a wonderful event for our Mercy Seniors to spend one last time with their class before they say good-bye to Mercy and head for their new life in college or other exciting next adventure. This is the final time Seniors will laugh, cry, cherish special moments, act silly, and have fun together as a Mercy High School class.
The Senior All Night Party is made possible through the leadership and support of Mercy volunteer parents and guardians. Planning, coordination and facilitation of the event is run by the Senior All Night Party parent/guardian committee. Committee participation is open to Senior, Junior, Sophomore and Freshman parents. You or you and a few friends could spearhead this event, or volunteer to be in charge of a sub committee, such as: Entertainment, Gift Bags, Security, The Spa, Food/Beverages, Decorations, Donations, and more.
Parents who hosted last year’s Senior All Night Party are happy to meet with a parent group to share resources to help you kick-off planning for this year’s event! They created a binder with details on how to run this event that includes maps, vendor contacts and recommendations for improving the experience.
This event has typically been held at Mercy High School on the evening of the graduation ceremony which is scheduled for Sunday, June 4. The event has also been held offsite, most recently at Joe Dumars Fieldhouse (Shelby Twp) which is now closed. Some potential offsite venues which host lock-in parties include
Tree Runner Adventure Park in West Bloomfield,
Paradise Park in Novi,
Best In Games in Ypsilanti and
Urban Air Adventure Park in Livonia.
