Annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States reflecting on the theme "Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service."
Mercy HS will celebrate our community, nation, those living their vocation in vowed religious life, and of course, our beloved staff and students! Here are some of the special activities planned during our in-person days for each Cohort.
Monday, February 1
Thank You Community - Members of Student Council will be delivering thank you cards to the Farmington Hills Police and Fire Departments. We'll also be sending thank you notes to a random selection of alumnae working in the healthcare field.
Spirit Attire Day for Cohort KC - Students will be able to wear tops from any Catholic school (elementary, high school, or college). Bottoms may be solid sweats or joggers, Catholic school sweats or joggers, jeans, or uniform skirt. (No leggings)
Tuesday, February 2
CSW & Senior Blessing Mass - We celebrate Mass as a school community with Cohort SF and over
Zoom livestream. We will offer a special prayer for people in vowed religious life and bestow a special blessing on our graduating Class of 2021. Announcement of Heart of Mercy Award nomination process.
Letters to Sisters of Mercy - During lunch, students will be invited to write a note to the Sisters of Mercy living next door, as well as those who've moved in recent months.
Thursday, February 4
