Dear Class of 2018 Parents,
I hope this email finds you excited about all the wonderful events planned to celebrate the Class of 2018. Listed below you will find important information about:
- Arrival time change for the SANP and a link to the three forms needed to attend the SANP.
- Order info for Mercy Graduate lawn signs
- Brief survey regarding the graduation DVD.
SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY (SANP)
The arrival time for the SANP has changed. Lobby doors will open for check-in at 10:15pm. Students will board buses and leave Mercy at 10:45pm. The ending time will still be 6:30am.
The SANP Planning Committee toured the facility this week and was so impressed with all of the activities available for students to do at Joe Dumars Fieldhouse. They hope that all students will attend. Permissions slips are still needed for some students. Links to the three required forms available below:
If your daughter does not plan to attend, please email me to confirm this decision.
The SANP Committee is also seeking additional monetary donations to help defray the costs to make this celebration memorable. If you are able to donate any amount from $50-$500, please make a check payable to Mercy High School and in the subject line write SANP. The check can be mailed or dropped of to the school. Please address the envelope to SANP Committee.

GRADUATION DVD
From the Senior Class Moderators:
Graduation is a very important event in your daughter's life and we are excited to announce a partnership with a new videographer for the graduation ceremony. With the new company, we have the exciting opportunity to place the video instantly online for viewing purposes. This video, after edits, will be available via a password protected website and can be shared with family, friends, or other relatives, as well as downloaded onto a medium of your choosing.
In past years, each graduating senior received a DVD copy of the ceremony. As a result of the new partnership, we are inquiring if there is still an interest in a DVD copy. Please complete this
quick survey by May 11, 2018 to let us know if a DVD copy or an online copy is preferred. Thank you.
