Updated Health forms needed for any student enrolled in PE or Swim courses. Physical must be dated after 4/15/15.
Bring Lifetouch form mailed to your home if you wish to purchase your photos. School ID Photos will be taken. IDs and lanyards will be given out. You may also order portraits online now at mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID LM625218Q0.
Submit your yearbook order at www.yearbookordercenter.com for the discounted rate of $60. Search and submit by using order #13826. After Aug 17, yearbooks will increase to $65.
