Mercy High School 2nd Annual Make a Difference Day

Tuesday, September 23, 2014

Staff and students volunteer at various organizations.

Dear Parents,

Once again, Mercy will host an influenza clinic on Tuesday, October 14th, 2014 in partnership with the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan (VNA) and Alana's Foundation. The foundation was established in 2009 in memory of then five year old Alana Yaksich who died of influenza in 2003.

Attention Mercy Parents:

Please make note of the following information.

The Mercy Dads Club invites you to a day at Cedar Point on Sunday, October 5, 2014.

Dear Mercy Moms and Dads,

Our 2014-15 year is off to a successful start and we have scheduled our very important Mercy Parent Night for Thursday, September 4th. Meeting teachers and getting a sense of your daughter's daily experience is an important priority. We have planned a compressed schedule to maintain a reasonable length for the evening. Teachers look forward to meeting you and sharing their course plans.

Mercy CAFETERIA CASH CARD

The Mercy Cafe is cashless. The cafeteria at Mercy High School allows students to load money onto their existing school ID. These funds can be used for purchases in the Mercy Café. Funds are pre-loaded to cards similar to purchasing gift cards at retail stores. Read more about the program here.

Pastoral Ministry offers a four-year retreat program. We offer a different retreat for each grade level with the hope that after four years the students will have a better understanding of herself, her relationship with others, and most especially her relationship with God.

Class Retreat information for this 2014 - 2015 school year was emailed to parents. You'll find listed below links to each of the grade level communications. Find additional retreat information as well as these respective retreat letters here.

Dear Mercy Senior Parents/Guardians,

The Counseling Staff hopes your family has enjoyed the warm weather and the well-deserved break from school. Although summer is a time for your daughter to recharge her batteries for the next school year; we know that many students have begun organizing themselves for the college application process and may have even begun working on aspects of their applications.

BOOK PURCHASING - Now that student schedules are available in Powerschool, please visit the Book Purchasing web page for information on obtaining books for 2014 - 2015 school year.
