Alumnae Basketball Game...A Slam Dunk!

31 Mercy basketball alumnae took to the courts in the Mercy gym for the Alumnae Basketball game on December 29.  The Gold Team, coached by former Marlin coaches Larry Baker and Mike King took on the Maroon Team, coached by Mick McCabe and Karen Kluk Rotondo '80.  The alumnae were cheered on by friends and family in the stands.  At the half the Gold Team was leading 16 to 14.

While some alumnae took a break at half-time other alumnae took the dads up on a halftime game of hoops. The dads took the win but it could be that the alums were saving up their energy for the remaining half. The Gold Team continued with their lead and won the game 34 to 25.
